In 1984 he spearheaded the most innovative industrial fight back in Northern Ireland's past 50 years. Frank led hundreds of employees, dismissed from one of the world's major companies, to acquire and develop their own company at Maydown in Derry, Northern Ireland. He became their first chairman and guided the company for the first six years of its life. His academic studies in Conflict Resolution and Mediation were at Harvard Law School and Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. Frank continues his work in dispute resolution by helping others solve dispute with mediation, and with his many programmes offered to assist others in their understanding of mediation and its many applications. In 2004 Frank's first book, "Conflict Resolution and Mediation in the Real World" was published and has received high acclaim in the world of mediation. Additionally Frank is Co-founder of both The Mediation Agency and Merge Consultants, multi-national organisations working in the fields of ADR and Mediations.

Frank Hanna brings a remarkable depth and experience to the world of mediation. His understanding of conflict is irrefutable having lived and worked through the entirety of Northern Ireland's troubles over the past 34 years.
During this time he ran his law practice and worked in radio and television seeing first hand the enormity of the pain and suffering of his fellow countrymen.

Nancy offers in-depth guidance to all her mediation students: from helping them to gain real-time experience as mediators and promoting them in the marketplace as professional mediators, through to advising them on using their new skills in mediation to enhance their career.

Having earned her Masters Degree in Mediation from the Graduate Theological Foundation in 2006, Nancy has designed a number of on-line courses, presentations and a bachelors degree course in mediation. Nancy held the prestigious title of Director of Education and Professional Development with New York State Dispute Resolution Association (NYSDRA) and continues as a consultant to the executive director and serves on their certification and training committees.
